The great thing about Strictly Latino Gold / Fitness is that you don’t even feel you’re your exercising because you’re having so much fun. Both GOLD & FITNESS are designed around a 1 Hour class incorporating a number of set of Latin Basic steps, which result in a fabulous routine. GOLD & FITNESS will also work your core muscles around the waist and tummy. They are BOTH also great if you are hoping to lose weight because, depending upon how much and how hard you Dance , GOLD & FITNESS can burn up to 500+ calories per hour!
